Argan Oil
Application:
This is an expensive oil treatment and therefore we want you to enjoy the full benefits without breaking the bank. Zakia's Pure Oil may be used on face, body and hair. It is even beneficial for damaged or broken nails! Some recommendations are:
Face:
Place a small portion in your palm or between your thumb and forefinger. Slowly massage around your entire face. Most importantly focus on those delicate areas that are prone to wrinkles; namely, eyes, neck and outer edges of your mouth. The oil will slowly be absorbed into the skin and start providing the natural goodness. We recommend that you do this after your cleansing session prior to going to bed. Whilst you may use this in the morning and even under make-up it is important that very light amounts are used in order to not leave your face too oily before hand. This is a hydrating oil that will moisturize and tone your skin. Night application preferred.
Body:
Our oil is excellent for those rough and dry areas on the hands, elbows, knees and feet. Expectant mothers may rub pure Argan Oil on their tummies and breasts to avoid stretch marks. You will notice the difference after only one or two sessions as the Argan Oil starts its rejuvenating process.
Massage:
Most moisturizing and massage oils use lesser quality and therefore cheaper carrier oils. We believe that it is possible and highly enjoyable to have a full body massage using our oil without breaking the bank. Rub both hands vigorously together as the friction warms the palms of your hands. Place a small portion of oil in the palms and then massage. This is a warm, relaxing and invigorating massage. You will feel extraordinarily relaxed and have sublime skin as well.
Hair:
If you have dry and unmanageable hair then Argan Oil is the perfect compliment to your salon treatments. Simply rub a small portion in your scalp about an hour before shampooing. Shampoo (preferably with Zakia's Argan Shampoo) and then dry. You may wish to apply a further very small amount just before blow drying. Argan Oil has a very high burning point and therefore will not burn like most other hair treatments. Your hair will see a renewed vitality and brilliance. We know you will impressed. So much so that many of our friends and customers have actually recommended our product to their stylists!
Nails:
Mix Argan Oil with lemon juice in equal parts and dip nails for 10 to 15 minutes. Your nails will be stronger and with a renewed brilliance.
A little oil goes a long way. Use sparingly.
External Use Only
The Rejuvinator
After your spa, bath or shower while your skin is still moist and warm, apply a thin layer of Zakia's Atlas Mountain Clay Mask over your face and body.
Simply mix a small portion of our Atlas Mountain Lava Clay Powder with water to create a smooth creamy paste. It only takes seconds! Apply evenly and try not to leave gaps, but also savour the moment and not put on too heavy a layer. The product is highly efficient and does not need a heavy layer. Leave for 10-15 minutes. You will feel the tingling as the mask works to remove impurities and dead skin cells.
Rince thoroughly and you will be amazed at the result. Your skin will be silky smooth and remarkably clean.
After drying, you may wish to compliment your clay mask treatment with one of Zakia's Argan Collection Oils. These have been specially formulated for facial treatments.
